Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in their original condition with all included accessories
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Device must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at itscovehelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label within 48 hours
- Package your item securely and ship it back using the provided label
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately at itscovehelp@gmail.com with photos
- We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping
- No need to return the defective item in most cases
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Used silicone tips (unless defective)
- Items without proof of purchase
